• For FDM technology, ensure your parts are oriented correctly to save on costs. Wrong orientation can lead to unnecessary support material and higher prices. Read more here.
• When placing priority orders, please call before you make a payment. That way, we can check if we have enough capacity to produce your order on time.
• During checkout, if you have questions about the material or 3D printing technology you chose, you can always send your quote for manual review instead of immediately confirming and providing payment.
• The order is confirmed and directed to our production planning only after payment or the PO has been provided.
• We do not accept files with multiple objects; please upload each object as a separate file. We have the right to cancel the order.
• There is NO minimum order.
